I love the stories that vintage items tell.   Old wooden game pieces were embossed with images that help identify their age and maker.

The dragon checkers, pictured left with their original box, were made by Halsam toy manufacturer in the USA in about the 1950s.  The Halsam dominoes pictured here featured the Woolworth building in NYC. It was once the tallest skyscraper in the world.
